Return and Refund Policy

At Barbarian Shop, we want every customer to feel confident before entering the arena.

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, clean and returned in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging.

To start a return, contact us first at info@barbarian-shop.com. Please include your order number, email address used for the order and the reason for your return request.

Do not send products back before receiving return instructions from us.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Products that are used, damaged, incomplete or returned without prior communication may not be eligible for a refund.
